If a btree is initialized with LFDS711_BTREE_AU_EXISTING_KEY_FAIL then this value can be returned when attempting to insert a new element, and it occurs when an attempt is made to insert in that tree an element with a key which is already present in the tree.

If a btree is initialized with LFDS711_BTREE_AU_EXISTING_KEY_OVERWRITE then this value can be returned when attempting to insert a new element, and it occurs when an attempt is made to insert in that tree an element with a key which is already present in the tree.

LFDS711_BTREE_AU_INSERT_RESULT_SUCCESS

This value is returned when inserting an element in a btree where the key in that element is not yet present in the btree.
